2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture 

3. Original Passport 

 4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) 

5. Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable) 

6. PSA Original Marriage Certificate 

7. Copy of Certificate of Korean Marriage History (detailed, valid for 3 months) 

8. Photocopy of Bio-page of Korean's Passport 

9. Invitation Letter from Korean Spouse 

10. Photocopy of Korean's Philippine Visa and ACR I-Card 

 11. Original Employment Certificate(issued within 3 months) or DTI (or SEC) of Korean Spouse 

 12. (Visa Fee) GRATIS (below 59 days stay in Korea)/ PHP2,000 ( 60 to 90 days stay in Korea) 

 GRATIS (30 days stay in Korea, 5yrs Mutiple) 

 *If Filipino has children born between Korean, additional Korean's Family Register Certificate should be submitted
